Vendor Display Booth Description *

In order to evenly distribute the placement of booths in the Barker Commons Park, we must have an accurate description of what you will be selling, displaying and the manner in which you will display your materials. Booth space is 10' x 10'. If you would like more than one spot, choose the number of spots you want to register for.

THE LOCATION FOR THE FARM FESTIVAL FOR 2023 IS THE BARKER COMMONS DOWNTOWN FREDONIA.
Set up time is 1:30-7:30 PM Thursday August 24, 2023 or 7:30 AM Friday August 25, 2023. YOU MUST CHECK IN AT GAZEBO BEFORE SETUP. FAILURE TO DO SO CAN RESULT IN YOU BEING ASKED TO LEAVE THE FESTIVAL. YOU MUST PROVIDE MAKE, MODEL, & LICENSE PLATE OF YOUR VEHICLE UPON CHECK IN. 
- This is an outdoor show – you are responsible for supplying your own tent and tables. ALL spaces are 10’X10’
- NO WATER IS AVAILABLE. Electric is available for an additional charge.
- The collection and reporting of NYS Tax is the responsibility of the vendor
- NO food or beverage may be sold from any booth.
- Booth must be manned from Noon to Dusk on Friday, 10 AM to Dusk on Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM on Sunday.
- You will NOT get a confirmation letter until approximately ONE WEEK before the show. You will get your confirmation through email. 
- If for any reason your application is not accepted, you will receive a refund within 60days.
- ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS….NO EXCEPTIONS…..NO RAIN DATE!!

Disclaimer

- I acknowledge that I have read the application and that I understand that if I have misrepresented my work or violate any of the regulations; the Fredonia Farm Festival Committee may remove objectionable items or revoke my privilege to participate without refund. If asked to leave the show, I forfeit participation in future events.
- My representatives and I agree to hold harmless Festivals Fredonia, Fredonia Farm Festival, it’s committee, its directors, agents, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability from injury, property damage, or loss which may arise in connection with my participation in the Fredonia Farm Festival.
- I understand that I am responsible for limiting the size of my booth area to the size approved by the Fredonia Farm Festival Chairman and/or Committee prior to the festival.
- I understand that I am responsible for properly parking my vehicle(s) and trailer during the festival.
- I understand that I must abide by the rules set down for the disposal of trash and that if I do not, fines will be assessed accordingly.
- The Farm Festival Committee reserves the right to refuse anyone for any reason. The Committee’s decision is final. There is no guarantee of spaces from last year. Vendors that violate any or all of the rules above will not be allowed to participate in the festival and will be escorted off the property.
