Vendor Display Booth Description *

In order to evenly distribute the placement of booths, we must have an accurate description of what you will be selling, displaying and the manner in which you will display your materials. Unless specific arrangements have been made with Festival chairperson(s); booth space is limited to 10’ x 10’ or 8' table for the Easter Festival and Miracle on Main Street in the Fredonia Grange.

Instructions to Vendors

I understand that I must also provide a basket/gift certificate for the basket raffle.  Festivals Fredonia, Inc. will promote and advertise vendors as part of the festival in both print and electronic media forms. Vendors agree to be present and available for the following festivals to sell their handmade/homemade products, crafts, art works to the public as described:
Easter Festival - 8am to 1pm Saturday, March 23
Festival Italia - 11am to 7pm Saturday, June 22 
Red, White & Blues - 11am to 7pm Saturday, September 7
Harvest Moon - 12pm to 6pm Saturday, October 19
Miracle on Main St - 10am to 3pm Saturday, December 7
Vendors selling homemade food items will be required to bring their valid, current NYS Health Department Certificate either a 20C or 20C exempt certificate to the show and have it on display somewhere at their booth. Vendors that wish to participate must have a valid copy of their NYS Sales tax permit and a copy of their liability insurance with them the day of the event and be able to present it if asked by a member of the Festivals Fredonia Committee or a Federal/State Government Agency. Vendors will be located in the Fredonia First United Methodist Church and will be responsible for maintaining sanitary conditions of their space and removal of waste before leaving. All vendors will be responsible to return their area to original condition. Vendors are expected to treat customers in a courteous manner. Discrimination of any kind for any reason is NOT permitted. Festivals Fredonia, Inc. reserves the right to void this contract at any time in the event the business/owner named above is found to be in violation of any federal, state or local law.

Disclaimer

I understand that I must also provide a basket/gift certificate for the basket raffle.  It is mutually understood and agreed that the above named stands in relationship of an independent contractor to, and is not an employee or agent of the Committee or Festival in question. They shall indemnify and hold Festivals Fredonia, Inc. the Board Members /Team/Committee/Festival and the Village of Fredonia, its Mayor and Trustees harmless from any liability, claim, demand or judgment arising from the performance of the terms of this agreement.  By signing, I understand that the vendor fees are non-refundable and the event will take place rain or shine.
